The ground floor of the cottage comprises – Living area, pooja room, dining area, and open kitchen
The second floor of the cottage comprises – two-bedroom which are united with a bar area.
The outside area of the cottage comprises a small water body and an outdoor sitting area with a fireplace.

Quarali cottage is located at Quarali, Ranikhet. The design and structure of the cottage are completely different from a normal cottage.
The cottage comprises of 3 rooms with a large living area.

Uruli cottage located at Ranikhet, the house is structured like the slopes and contours of the mountains that surround it.
The ground floor of the cottage holds -double-height Living area, an open kitchen with a skylight and 3 bedroom
The first floor of the cottage holds a bedroom with an open terrace.
The outside area of the cottage holds a small cafe with a servant room within it.

Sargakhet cottage is located at Sargakhet, Mukteshwar.
The cottage is divided into 3 different blocks – the first block going till 4 stories and the other two are going for 2 stories.
One of the main considerations while designing 2 blocks on a lower level was to make cottage multi-functions to accommodate a diverse variety of users while providing privacy when functioning and 1 block include 3 bedrooms.
